Q&A with Reta Hall-Hierholzer

Who is Reta? What is your favourite thing to do?

I’m an American who has – happily – spent more than half my life in Europe (Munich, Brussels, Zürich). I love insights and outcomes you get when people from multiple cultures contribute to something. The thinking isn’t homogeneous – it’s differentiated.
My favorite thing to do at work is to decompose and solve problems. Outside of work, I do a lot of fitness – running, weightlifting, biking, paddle boarding. I also enjoy just hanging out with my little family or drinking a good glass of wine with friends. I find that the best things in life are the simple ones. |

How did you come to join TP24?

Network. I’ve worked closely with our CTO, Cameron Fletcher, in the past. I knew that any company he worked for would be a really cool one in terms of both technology and people. I wasn’t wrong! My first meetings with the leadership team were excellent. I felt a really good chemistry and connection – one where you know you’re going to be able to work together and laugh together. I’m happy they saw it the same way!

What are your priorities for your first few months here?

Really simple – figure out how I can add the most value to the team and to the company’s success.

What excites you the most about TP24’s future?

TP24 has a globally unique product, an established lending business that can scale, and an opportunity to leverage its technology for global growth. When you combine that with a team of smart people who work well together, the outcomes will be amazing!
