With over three decades of expertise in finance, risk, and compliance, Fiachre has navigated the dynamic landscapes of global finance, cutting-edge technology, and the fast-paced FMCG sector. His distinguished career includes high-impact leadership roles, most recently serving as SVP & Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at PayPal, where he shaped the company's global risk and regulatory strategies.
Wendy Edwards
Wendy is an accomplished and passionate enterprise risk & resilience executive and a champion of continuous improvement. Immersed in the Swiss finance, banking software, and FinTech industries for the past 25 years, she has built a strong reputation for driving risk management, resilience, and operational excellence. She holds a degree from Monash University and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia in 1993.
Simon Lee
Simon Lee is a seasoned leader in global insurance and financial services, currently serving as Chairman of Brit Syndicates Ltd and AIM-listed PPHC Inc. He holds Non-Executive Director roles at Fairfax International (Barbados) Ltd, Pacific Insurance, and SingaporeRe, while also dedicating his time as President of Hospice in the Weald. As Chair of the Advisory Board at Perfect Cellar, he brings strategic vision to the business. Previously, Simon was Group Chief Executive of RSA Insurance Group plc and led RSA’s International businesses as a Main Board Director, steering growth and transformation across global markets.
Herman Klein Wassink
Herman brings a wealth of experience in financial services, serving as senior advisor and (advisory) board member for leading firms, including HBC, GBSAPRI, FTI Consulting, Deutsche Credit Capital Partners and various private equity firms. His long tenure as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and other roles at Partners Group and Morgan Stanley have resulted in a deep understanding of public and private markets and the financial services industry. He studied finance at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and New York University.Our culture
